We offer our practical experience in criminal defence cases as well as filing claims for aggrieved parties in criminal cases. What we offer:

• Take up the defence of a client at any phase of a criminal case, incl. alongside the current defending counsel (if already selected by the client).
• Defend the client in cases before criminal justice authorities in pre-trial proceedings; defence before the court.
• Provide consulting on lodging a criminal complaint and filing claims for damages in criminal proceedings.
• Take up legal representation of the client for negotiating plea bargains and diversions of criminal proceedings – conditional discontinuance of criminal prosecution.
