JUDr. Martin Doubrava, Ph.D. is a Czech arbitrator, and is registered on the list of arbitrators not only of the Permanent Arbitration Court, which is attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, but also the list of arbitrators managed by the Ministry of Justice. As a lawyer or arbitrator, JUDr. Martin Doubrava has participated in several hundred arbitration proceedings over the past 30 years, including complicated legal disputes decided by the Senate, including disputes resolved using foreign languages. Practical experience with arbitration procedures, and the development of Czech court case law on arbitration clauses, and arbitration agreements over the last 30 years guarantee quality legal processing of arbitration. None of the issued judgements by JUDr. Martin Doubrava, Ph.D. have been canceled in court reviews. The Arbitration Award issued to JUDr. Martin Doubrava, Ph.D, has also subject to review by the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, and it was found that this arbitration award cannot be annulled, or any of the execution proceedings conducted (according to the judgment issued by JUDr. Martin Doubrava, Ph.D) cannot be stopped: therefore, should always take precedence over a legal interpretation, which does not give rise to the invalidity of an arbitration clause over a legal interpretation. Thus, the decision of the contracting parties to resolve disputes by an arbitrator, cannot be restricted by the formalistic procedure of Czech courts to the will of the parties.   Links: Arbitration Act No. 216/1994 Coll.
