Form a company limited (společnost s ručením omezeným).
This type of company allows foreigners to be founded by one or more partners. The manager of this company has to have a residence permit in the Czech republic. The company is also obliged to have a representative who is able to speak Czech in order to communicate in the Czech language with the state authorities.
The company’s registered capital must be at least 1,-- Czech crowns
